Matiné Pensante: Porto seminar, at Ateneu Comercial do Porto, 9h30-23h59
This conference aims to showcase the best of initiatives happening in Portugal, while offering an opportunity to debate current national affairs. Politicians and other Porto personalities will be participating in discussions throughout the day-long event (in Portuguese). Tickets start at 40€.
Porto drum show, at Alfandega Congress Center, starts 10h
A showcase of the most renowned and respected drummers in the world today. This event will feature performances but also offer educational sessions. Single day tickets start at 20€.
Funko Pop exhibit, at Alfandega Congress Center, 10h-19h
A unique exhibit of the world's largest Funko collection (including 50 unique handmade dioramas, some of them up to 3 meters high, featuring Star Wars, Harry Potter, Disney, and more). Tickets start at 18€.
Market day, at Península Boutique Center, 10h30-19h
This traveling market offers a day of shopping and unique local products for purchase. Free to attend.
Urban market, at Hard Club, 11h-19h
This twice a month market is a great opportunity to view and buy the work of dozens of local artisans and sellers. Free to attend.
Halloween sketching workshop, at SO Coffee Roasters, 14h30-17h
Learn how to draw scary and beautiful pictures for spooky season. Instructor Kato Ivannikova will leading the class for artists of all skill levels. 29€ fee includes all materials and a coffee drink. Register via email or DM on Instagram.
M.O.V.E. party, at Espaço Compasso, 18h-20h
M.O.V.E. is the acronym for Moving Organically your Vital Energy. Two hours of pulsating music will drive you to dance while practicing somatic movement, self-expression, meditation, breath, and sound healing. Costs 15€.
The red dance party, at Porto Sound System, 18h-23h
This beach venue will be painting itself red for the night. Its food and drink menu will follow this fiery color theme. There will be a dance competition with prizes for the top performers. Free to attend, but all guests must be dressed in a red costume.
Animal costume themed party, at Look.Sharp Cafe, 19h-1h
A night for dressing up (or not). But for those who are thinking of a costume, the theme is animals. Whether that means a leopard print or a bear suit, the choice is yours. Free to attend.
"A new tomorrow" musical, at Ageas Porto Coliseu, 21h-23h
The fragility of human life portrayed through the events in Alvarenga in 1942. This musical was inspired by a true story and presents World War II through the eyes of a child. Tickets start at 20€.
Blurry pub crawl, at Adega Leonor, 22h-1h
Meet, drink, dance, and perform karaoke with a new group of friends while club hopping from Adega to Fabrik and Alma. Tickets start at 5€ and include 5 shots.
Drum & Bass Halloween dance party, at Hard Club, starts 23h50
A night filled with drum and bass beats as Gancher & Ruin, Donny, and DJ Hidden will be spinning behind the decks. Tickets are 15€.
