Portuguese cooking class, at Pop Up Workshops, 17h-20h
Chef Hugo Araújo will be teaching how to make contemporary Portuguese food (in Portuguese). Everything you need for the class is provided. The cost is 45€ and registration is required.

After the success of their NOS Alive performance last July, Inês and Raquel wrote and will star in this performance (in Portuguese). Tickets start at 8€.

Running club, meet-up location varies, starts at 19h
Runners and walkers of all fitness levels meet weekly to exercise and socialize. Free to join. Email Warren for details and run location. The group also meets on Saturdays.

Shota Natroshvili, a talented young winemaker from Georgia, will personally guide you through a selection of wines from the country. Discover the secrets of the Qvevri winemaking method, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, which involves fermenting and aging wine in clay vessels buried underground. The first day of this 2-day party in the park has a little bit of everything for everyone. Enjoy food and music, Angolan singer Bonga and Cassete, cover songs from the 80s, and a DJ set of the project Dear 80s. Free to attend, and visitors are invited to bring their own basket and picnic towel.
LGBTI+ march, at Praça da República, starts 15h
This march begins at Praça da República and heads to a location that will soon be revealed. At the end of the march, you’re invited to celebrate inclusion in the 3rd edition of the "Arraial + Proud of Porto." Free to attend.
Jazz in the park, at Parque de Serralves, 17h-20h
Susana Santos Silva and João Lencastre’s Communion 3 will both be performing at various locations throughout Serralves. Costs 10€ for all of the day’s concerts.

Shamir Corrida Portucale run, at Convento de Corpus Christi, starts 9h
The event offers a 10-km race or a 5 km/mini race along the banks of the Douro River. Costs 15€ for the 10K and 9€ for the 5K.
Weekly artisan market, at Jardim do Passeio Alegre, 9h-18h
Mercado da Alegria is a weekly opportunity to view and buy the work of dozens of local artisans and sellers. Free to attend. Since the market is outside, it is dependent on good weather.
250th anniversary of Nicolau Nasoni's death, at Igreja dos Clérigos, starts 12h
Clérigos was built by Nicolau Nasoni, an Italian architect and painter. This event combines architecture, gastronomy, and music. Torre dos Clérigos and pizzaiolo Antonio Mezzero will offer the city of Porto a giant pizza, measuring seven meters in diameter, in honor of the 250th anniversary of the death of Nicolau Nasoni. Free to attend.

The second day of this 2-day party in the park has a little bit of everything for everyone. Enjoy food and music, Rio rapper Capicua, Nel Monteiro, a samba circle, and the performance of DJ Miguel. Free to attend, and visitors are invited to bring their own basket and picnic towel.

In another edition of this food and music event, DJ Carioca warms up the crowd at 16h, and at 18h30 the roda de samba begins. Ticketsstart at 12€.
