Terracotta army exhibit, at Alfandega Congress Center, 11h-18h30
The Terracotta Warriors arrive in Porto for the first time and transport visitors to the China of Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of the Qin Dynasty. The sculptures, which date from the late 3rd century BC, were discovered in 1974 in Xi'an, China, by local farmers starting excavations for a water well. Audio guide included but you need to bring your own headphones. Tickets start at 8€.

Pottery wheel class (Schedule 1), at Bombarda Oficinas de Artes, 14h30-17h
This is a chance to explore working with a pottery wheel. João Cunha e Costa will be demonstrating four different techniques: kneading, centering, shaping, and finishing. The cost for the full set of classes (27 February and 1, 2, 3 March) is 140€. Register by email.

This audiovisual journey through ancient Egyptian civilization will transport you to important locations and moments, including the discovery of the treasure of King Tutankhamen, the inscription of the Rosetta Stone, the prestigious reign of Pharaoh Ramses II - The Great, and the enigma of the construction of the Pyramids in Giza. On March 1-4, guided visits are led by landscaper architect João Almeida and Pedro Aslvares Ribeiro, president of Casa São Roque. On March 5, by Antonio Assunção, award-winning producer and grower of Camellias, and Cristina Campos Gardineira, responsible for the São Roque Park. You’ll discover the hundreds of camellias in the garden and learn about the history of the house and its architectural details and decorative arts. Visiting is free but subject to registration.

The Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira, and the director of the Porto Museum and Libraries, Jorge Sobrado, will be presenting upcoming events and changes to the museums and libraries across the city. There will also be a DJ set by SuM. Free entry.
Karaoke night, at Casa da Horta, starts 19h30
A chance to sing like a superstar; this night does not emphasize professionals. Free for all, and their kitchen will be offering a great selection of vegan food for purchase.
