This international contemporary dance festival offers performances, workshops, open classes, talks, parties, and much more. Most are free, although some workshops cost money to attend. Register to attend any of the events.
My Port Wine Day, at Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e Porto, starts 20h

Porto Legends immersive show, at Alfândega Center, multiple times
A virtual show that displays and explains Porto’s culture and history, accompanied by the voices of Pedro Abrunhosa, a great Portuguese author, and Jeremy Irons, an Oscar-winning actor. Tickets start at 11€ and 10h, 13h, and 16h timed experiences.
Monet and Klimt immersive exhibit, at Alfândega Center, multiple times
This immersive gallery experience will be projecting animated versions of Claude Monet and Gustav Klimt paintings. Moving to haunting music, this gallery is designed to transport you inside their works. Available timed viewings (12h, 15h, and 18h) and tickets start at 11€.
Running club, meet-up location varies, starts at 19h

Porta Jazz concert, at Maus Hábitos, starts 21h

Local author Jeannine Johnson Maia presents her latest historical novel, “O Rapaz do Douro,” which takes place in Porto in 1877, the year Gustave Eiffel built a magnificent metal bridge across the Douro (in Portuguese). Free admission and no advanced registration.

A show with two distinct parts: the first is a classical repertoire ballet with music by Tchaikovsky and choreography by Marius Petipa. The second part is a contemporary act of the classic ballet. Tickets start at 15€.
A Voz do Rock concert, at Hotel Mouco, starts 21h
This band is a collective of octogenarians from Viseu who challenge the stereotype of age. This show they will be backed up by Kalú, one of the most emblematic and energetic drummers of Portuguese rock music. Tickets are 14€.
Carolina de Deus concert, at Teatro Sá da Bandeira, starts 21h30
This 21-year-old singer and songwriter from Lisbon taught herself the piano and started at 18. Her first single came out earlier this year and her debut EP is scheduled for release later this year. Tickets start 12€.
Baco Exu do Blues concert, at Hard Club, starts 21h30
This Brazilian rapper, singer, and songwriter makes music with raw and poetic lyrics that talk about love, sex, power, religion, and society. Tickets start at 25€.
